Meet your Coach!

I started boxing when my first son was only a year old, and since then, boxing has completely changed my life! I've watched this sport have a huge ripple effect on both my and my sons’ confidence, sense of community, and passion for life.

Boxing has empowered and healed me through postpartum depression, being a single mom of two energetic boys under 8, working full-time, and competing all over British Columbia as an open fighter.

I coach boxing to do what I love and model for my children the type of active lifestyle I want them to follow. For the last four years I have coached many students at 2 Rivers Boxing Club in Quesnel, and now in Prince George for the Wolves Den Boxing Club. I am also certified in Fitness Theory through the YMCA to teach athletic classes to all ages.

I’ve been training under Coach Chase Tuftin since 2022 and have had two competitive fights since. I am now looking forward to sharing the love of boxing with your kids with Wolves Den Boxing Coaching Staff and giving the best possible experience to families looking to improve their children’s lives through the incredibly empowering sport of boxing.

Boxing & martial arts training teaches children skills that go far beyond throwing punches. Our kids classes at the Wolves Den teach life & fitness skills that children can use to understand self-defense, as well as the respect for others that keeps them from being bullies themselves.

Enrolling your child in our Kids Boxing classes can support your child to thrive in school, release pent up or excess energy, and create confidence to thrive socially in their youth and beyond.

Boxing is a surefire way to instill lifelong confidence & love of physical fitness into your child's life.

Improve your child's physical fitness.

Improve your child's confidence.

Improve your child's friendships.

Improve your child's self-esteem.

Improve your child's focus & concentration.

Unlike other gyms, we keep our class sizes small for individualized attention during coaching.

Please send your child wearing comfortable clothes to move in, athletic shoes, and water. You'll also need to purchase 120" hand wraps, which you can find at SportChek, Walmart, or Amazon. We have limited gloves at the gym, so you can bring your own gloves if you wish but they are not required.

The course is 10-weeks long, with one break for May Long Weekend on 5/22. It's okay to miss a class or two, but we highly recommend that all classes are attended. There will be no make-up classes if you miss a class, but you're welcome to book private classes if you wish.

Wolves Den Boxing Club is a located at a private residence near Beaverly Elementary School. You'll receive the address once you're enrolled.

Our gym is a small space, and while we would love for you to come watch, we don't have much room for anything besides boxing! You're welcome to come into the gym 10 minutes before every class with your child and connect with our Instructor.

We won't have class on May 22nd so you and your family can enjoy May Long Weekend! There will still be 10 classes in total, every Monday from April 17th-June 26th (minus May 22nd).

100%! We've structured this class to be safe and fun for children as they learn respect for the martial arts. Your child will learn through interactive drills and non contact interactions with their teammates. While boxing is all about throwing punches, your children will not be boxing one another at this stage.

Contact training will be added into our children's classes when they advance to higher levels of our programs, learn a certain level of self control, and how to properly channel those skills in training.

Sure can! Send an e-transfer with your name and info to chasetot@gmail.com
